Ed’s photographic education combines with over a decade of experience and a talent for sharing skills with others to create a series of exceptional and insightful workshops.
As a professional photographer Ed’s journey began 13 years ago in 2006. Whilst travelling with his camera as a whitewater kayaker, magazines and manufacturers purchased Ed’s images for their content and advertising. He has since gone on to establish himself as one of the UK’s most experienced and diverse adventure photographers. From sleeping in snow holes and skiing alpine couloirs to adventure races and kayaking some of the world’s finest whitewater, Ed has been amongst it all in the pursuit of exceptional photography.
Having gathered experience from numerous legends of the photographic world, Ed graduated with a first class BA(Hons) in Press and Editorial Photography from Falmouth University in 2011, and in 2014 received a distinction to become an associate of the Royal Photographic Society. His work has been a selected winner and shortlisted in numerous photographic awards.
